Synopsis

Fang and Claw is a 1976 documentary film directed by François Bel and Gérard Vienne.
In the East of Africa, animal species of an extraordinary variety mix, mingle, and examine each other with indifference. Everything is but an immense movement for nourishment.
At nightfall, another world appears that is organized by blood and death. Everything is now fight or dodge. The movements become leaks, pursuits, leaps, collapses, while the immobilities are expectations, guets, anxieties. Thus revealed, the nocturnal world breaks with the long continuity of the day.
